Signum Store FAQs
- I just want to look at your lectures right now. How can I do that?
- On the main store page, there are three filtering buttons on the top. Select whichever one you are interested in and that content will appear.
- I’m looking for a particular title. What’s the fastest way to find it?
- The titles are searchable within your browser, so use CTRL+F to search for the title you’re interested in.
- I bought something for download but I can’t find it. Where can I find my previous purchases?
- That would be the Your Shelf page. The Your Shelf page contains everything you have ever purchased from the Store.
- I tried to purchase something from the Store but it asked me for an account when I tried to check out. What’s this all about?
- That’s correct–in order to purchase an item in the Store, you’ll have to create a Signum Plaza account. From your Signum Plaza account, you can subscribe to the Signum Collaboratory or purchase downloads from the Signum Store.
- What is the difference between the Signum Collaboratory and the Signum Store?
The Collaboratory is a subscription-based service which gives you viewing access to all of our content as well as the ability to interact with our creators and our community of readers. Downloading is not permitted from the Collaboratory library.
The Signum Store, on the other hand, is for one-time purchases and downloads of any of our published content onto your personal devices. It does not require a subscription.
